Three Ingredient Chili
Karen Mitchell shares her mother-in-law's favorite recipe:
Mix 1 pound of browned ground beef (chicken, pork,
turkey)
1 jar of salsa ( any strength you like -- I use medium)
1
can kidney beans
Let simmer together for 20 minutes or so -- I crock-pot
mine for the day.
