Stuffed Animals Needed at CMMC Hospital
The Women's Hospital Association of CMMC is looking for new or gently used "cuddle buddy" donations for the WHA Cuddles Program.
These comforting gifts will be given to patients in the ER, on the hospital floor, seniors and others in need. Please check with your children, grandchildren, post on your Facebook page--anything to get the word out as they are in desperate need at this time. The guidelines for animals are:
- No larger than 18" tall
- Soft and machine washable (check tag on animal)
- Theme cuddles such as Christmas, Halloween, Valentine or Easter are acceptable
- No hard "fair prize" toys please
All donations will be gratefully accepted at the WHA Gift Shop at CMMC hospital in Lewiston. This is an ongoing program, so keep collecting! Thank you for your support of this worthy program.
