Thank you for all the wonderful gifts of quilts
and blankets. The Elders of our Tribal Community appreciated them all. What did
not go to our Elders went to those who are less fortunate. They all loved them.
The work was beautiful just like the hearts that sent them to us!

Quilt for Connie Pinette
Our Friend Connie Pinette of Classic Quilters was given a stunning flannel quilt made and quilted by fellow CQ member, Diane Duplissis.
The center was previously made by Kay Wheeler, a quilter who passed away from cancer several years ago. Diane added her own fabrics to finish the quilt and her own quilting talents to complete it. As you can see, Connie was pleasantly surprised and delighted with her Delectable Mountain quilt.
